Shift.credit processes uploaded credit reports, account selections, dispute drafts, billing metadata, and notification preferences to operate the platform.

Sensitive report text is masked before AI analysis, files are encrypted before storage when storage is configured, and access is limited to authenticated users and approved processors such as Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Twilio, and SendGrid. We do not sell personal information. Users can request deletion by contacting support and may export their own dispute artifacts from the dashboard.
